Amanda Seyfried and Jimmy Fallon Dulcimer Moment
Amanda Seyfried appeared on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon and played the Appalachian dulcimer during a musical segment. The appearance highlighted her interest in folk instruments and live performance.
What Is the Dulcimer
The dulcimer is a stringed instrument often associated with Appalachian folk music. It typically has a narrow soundbox and is played flat on the lap or a table, producing a soft, bell-like tone.
Why This Appearance Matters
The segment drew attention because Seyfried is primarily known as an actress, not a musician. Her willingness to learn and perform on camera gave viewers a rare look at a non-traditional side of her public persona.
