Current Menu Status in 2026
Subway does not currently list footlong cookies as a standard menu item in the United States as of 2026. The chain has shifted its cookie lineup, and many locations now feature different dessert options or smaller baked items. Availability can vary by region and franchise owner.
Where Footlong Cookies May Still Appear
Some international markets and select franchise locations may still offer footlong cookies or similar large cookie variants. Limited-time promotions and regional test markets can also bring them back temporarily. For the most accurate details, check the official Subway menu site for your country.
How to Confirm Availability Near You
The fastest way to confirm if your local Subway has footlong cookies is to use the Subway store locator or the official Subway app. Menu boards, digital kiosks, and staff can also confirm current dessert offerings. Prices and options may differ based on location and ongoing promotions.
