Nothing Bundt Cakes was founded by Dena and Frank Haimer in 1997 in Las Vegas, Nevada. The couple started the business from home, baking and selling classic cream-cheese-style cakes to friends and neighbors.
Bundt Cake Roots
The bakery focuses on dense, moist bundt cakes inspired by traditional European-style ring molds. Early recipes emphasized simple ingredients and a signature creamy frosting, which became the brand’s standard.
Growth into a Chain
Demand grew quickly, and the Haimers expanded into a small storefront. They later franchised the concept, opening multiple locations across the United States. Today, Nothing Bundt Cakes operates hundreds of bakeries nationwide and sells cakes through its website at nothingbundtcakes.com.
