Is nyt mini not free anymore
nyt mini is no longer a free product. The New York Times moved the mini crossword and related puzzles behind a paywall as part of its digital subscription strategy. Users who previously accessed nyt mini without logging in now encounter a subscription prompt when trying to play or view full content.
What changed with nyt mini access
nyt mini content is now included with a New York Times digital subscription. Free visitors can still see limited previews, but full puzzles, archives, and ad-light reading require a subscription. The change reflects a broader shift by the Times to bundle its puzzle and news products under one subscription model.
How to access nyt mini now
